The purpose of the conference is to provide a discussion forum for all researchers interested in a interdisciplinary approach to Law and Economics. The Conference accepts original works in :
- The economic institutions of capitalism”: “Taking stock, looking ahead”
- The (post) Covid-19 crisis: Legal, economic and ethical challenges
- Law-and-Economics approaches to labour
- Behavioral Law and Economics applied to public policies issues

In 2020, due to COVID-19 pandemic, the annual conference of the Italian Society of Law and Economics will not be an in-person meeting. Instead, it will be structured in an online format on three main virtual events

- Submission fees: there is no fee to attend the 2020 SIDE-ISLE conference. However, the registration is mandatory and membership fee (40 euros) is vividly recommended to presenters for supporting activities of the association
- Submission deadline for abstracts and/or draft papers: October 18, 2020.
