A Conference on Markets as Wealth Distributors, and the Implications for Tech Policy

The University of Kentucky Rosenberg College of Law, with support from John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, will host Inframarginalism & Internet: A Conference on Markets as Wealth Distributors, and the Implications for Tech Policy, online on February 19, 2021.
Programe objectives:

The conference will bring together lawyers and economists interested in advancing the wealth-distributive analysis of legal problems, and explore applications to current global debates regarding tech law and policy

 Due to the current sanitary situation and the uncertainty surrounding the next academic year on the campus, the Conference could eventually take place online.
