Acknowledging his contribution to the development of the scientific movement of Law & Economics in Poland, on September 26, 2013 PSEAP Management Board nominated Prof. Hans-Bernd Schaefer (Affiliate Professor at Bucerius Law School and Professor Emeritus at University of Hamburg) the first Honorary Member of PSEAP.
