WINIR2019 Conference – first details
World Interdisciplinary Network (WINIR) for Institutional Research and the Lund University (Sweden) inform that the WINIR2019 conference will take place on 19-22 September 2019 at the Lund University. A guest lecture of prof. L. A. DiMatteo – summary
On October 16 th 2018, at the invitation of the Chair of Private Law of the Jagiellonian University and the Polish Law and Economics Association, Professor Larry A. DiMatteo, Huber Hurst Professor of Contract Law, Florida University, delivered a guest lecture on „Economic Analysis of Contract Law as Descriptive and Normative Theory”. The speaker discussed the development and impact of major lines of thought in the economic analysis of American contract law from an international and comparative perspective.
