The Tilburg Law School is inviting applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher in a project on ‘Protecting autonomy in a data-driven society’, which explores how economic regulation can strengthen the autonomy of individuals and businesses vis-à-vis digital platforms.
The selected candidate is expected to complement the team’s existing expertise in competition law and contribute research insights in areas such as intermediary liability, content moderation, algorithmic decision-making or media law.
The Position starts in January 2020 and is for period of 2 years.
