2019 Conference

On 17 May we organized our annual 7th Polish Law and Economics Conference. It was attended by over 30 people from various scientific centres around the world, as well as students and supporters of economic analysis of law. Among the invited guests, on the first day of the conference, the inaugural lecture was delivered by Prof. Giovanni Ramello from Universita del Piemonte Orientale, entitled “The role of judicial justification in Judicial Performance”. Dr Marek Niedużak, Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Enterprise and Technology, and Leszek Skiba, Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Finance, gave speeches.

As part of the conference, we also organized a special seminar devoted to behavioural sciences. The organization of the conference was supported by the Warsaw School of Economics, the University of Łódź, the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics. The conference was held under the patronage of C.H. Beck, and the Scientific Association for Economic Law Analysis at the Warsaw School of Economics was involved in the organization.
