The 4th Polish law & Economics Conference was held at Warsaw School of Economics on October 23-24, 2015. The Conference was the 10th anniversary of Polish Association of Law and Economics.
Polish ombudsman dr Adam Bodnar was participating in the conference as a guest of honor. Many legal and economic scholars were in attendance. Among many our esteemed keynote speakers prof. Ejan Mackaay who gave a speech on „Law and Economics of Civil Law Systems” and prof. Hans Bernd Schäfer with paper on “Eurobonds beyond Crisis Management”. The Conference also consisted of many specialized panels such as panel on Corporate Governance, Accountability and Tort Law, Intellectual Property Law and Consumer Protection. Many institutions contributed to the overall success of the conference: Warsaw School of Economics, Faculty of Economic Science University of Warsaw, Students’ Association of Law and Economics at Warsaw School of Economics. The Conference was held under the patronage of C.H. Beck and White and Case.
